Need Help Understanding Insurance Options?

If Island Audiology is a preferred provider with your insurance company, we will directly bill your insurance for payment.

Your employer may also offer an FSA or HSA (flexible spending account or health spending account) that pulls money from your paycheck pre-tax and sets it aside for future medical expenses. In this case, the costs would still come out of your pocket, but it would be untaxed.

What Our Patients Have to Say

  • I was visiting Kona when my mother's hearing aid quit working. The person at the front desk had us come right over and worked us in promptly. After checking the hearing aid, we were told it was only clogged and they returned it to my mother all cleaned up for no charge. You can't ask for better. Fast, friendly and honest. Thanks!

  • Wonderful, helpful office staff at Island Audiology that went above and beyond recalibrating my hearing aids. Very nice professional people. I have recommended them to friends in Hilo who were also very happy with their services.

    Janet H.

  • I am so thankful for the staff at both the Honolulu and Maui offices. Both teams have treated my husband’s hearing loss and needs with complete sensitivity and urgency. They have gone over and beyond in dealing with our insurance complexities and didn’t quit when the red tape bureaucracy seemed endless. We are so grateful for each of you, thank you, thank you, and thank you again!

  • Great service, friendly staff, and veterans can get their hearing aids done quickly with a fast turn-around. I have been going to them for nearly 15 years with no regrets.

  • I am a visitor to Hawaii and had a problem with my hearing aid. I found Island Audiology on the Internet and visited them since they were close to Ala Moana — and the bus routes. Wonderful service from the staff. The took care of my problem right away. Greatly appreciated. Mahalo.

  • I am very pleased with the care and service I received at Island Audiology. I recently had a hearing test and felt that Dr. Robin Wielins, Au.D., did a great job in explaining the process and evaluating my results. Her staff are very professional and always greet us with a smile. (Added bonus: free parking validation.)
